Group Rating Safety Accountability
The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, BWC has requested that I provide our members with their letter regarding Group-Rating Safety Accountability. This letter contains information for those who are currently enrolled in either their Group-Rating Program or the Group-Retrospective Program and for those employers who may be considering enrolling in either of these Programs in the future. These BWC Programs provide another opportunity to eligible employers to obtain a reduction in their Workers' Compensation premiums and at the same time work with the Safety Council and Frank Gates our TPA to improve safety in their workplace. If you have questions or would like additional information about these Programs, you may contact our office at (216) 621-0059 or by email at gcsafetyc@ameritech.net.
