Luncheon Meeting – 11:30 a.m. til 1 p.m.
Mediterranean Party Center

The Ohio Industrial Commission conducts over 130,000 hearings annually in one of the 12 local Industrial Commission Offices.  Most of these hearings take place within 45 days of the original claim appeal and are scheduled in the District closest to the injured worker.

This presentation will provide a review of the Ohio Industrial Commission Hearing Process.  It will cover the most common hearing issues adjudicated, tips for a successful hearing outcome, special circumstances and what could be helpful, what to expect when attending a hearing, and Hearing Room etiquette.

Tracy Harvey has over 25 years of Workers’ Compensation experience and has been with the CareWorks family of companies for the past 15 years.  She enjoys helping clients navigate the sometimes challenging Industrial Commission Hearing process and uses her many years of claims experience to provide hearing attendance solutions.

All attendees must make their payment on or before the meeting, members cannot request to be invoiced.  Anyone making a reservation and do not attend without making a proper cancelation will be charged for the meeting.  This meeting qualifies as 1 of the 10 meetings that are required under the BWC’s Safety Council Rebate Program.

IMPORTANT – For your organization to receive credit for attending the meeting you must stay until the end.   If you leave early, your organization may not receive credit for the meeting.
